Do I need to submit my information if I am a Guarantor or Co-signer?
I'm co-signing for someone else, does that mean I need to submit my information too or just have them list me on their application?
A: Yes, you will need to submit your information as well.
If you are listed as a Guarantor or Co-signer, you will need to complete the application process as well. During the first step, you will be asked whether you are applying as a tenant or as a Guarantor / Co-signer.
Be sure to check Guarantor / Co-signer so that the property representative receives the correct information.
