How do I know my application was submitted?
You'll see a confirmation page as soon as you submit, and we'll email you a submission confirmation that names the property and the person your application went to.
If that email doesn't name the agent or landlord, your application wasn't submitted to them directly. Return to the original application link you were given and apply through it.
You'll get a separate email when a copy of your screening reports is ready in your account. See Do I get a copy of my screening reports?
If you didn't get the confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you find the email there, mark it "not spam" and add support@rentspree.com to your contacts so future emails reach your inbox.
If it's not in spam either, your application may not have finished submitting. Log in and check your dashboard: if the property still shows In Progress, select Resume and finish the remaining steps.
