FAQ: How will I know if my information was submitted to the requesting agent?
You will receive a "Submission Confirmation" email.
When you complete your submission, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email that says "Submission Confirmation for [insert address here]" as the subject line. When opened, the first thing it says is:
- "Hi [Your name],
This email is to confirm your successful submission to [Agent name]."
If you do not see the agent's name there, it means the application and/or reports were not submitted to them directly. If this is the case, you will need to locate the email/ApplyLink™/Screening Handout™ you were originally provided and apply through that.
- You will get a copy of the screening report once the agent has viewed your report. The email will say "A copy of your screening report is ready!"
This lets you know that your application was viewed by the agent and you can now log in and view the report within your RentSpree account.
