I can't see my applicant's report

Screening reports go to whichever account created the request. If a submitted report is missing from your dashboard, one check usually finds it: open the Screening tab and look for the applicant.

If the applicant is listed on your Screening tab

The reports aren't ready to view yet. Only the Submitted status has reports you can open. In progress means the applicant hasn't finished or the reports are still processing (see how long screening reports take). Report expired means more than 30 days have passed, so send a new screening request. Check every page of the applicant list.

If the applicant isn't listed

The reports went to a different account. Check which email address received the submission notification and log in with that email. If you're signed in automatically, log out first, then sign back in with the right one.

If no notification arrived, the applicant may have applied through their own application link or submitted to another property representative. Ask them to log in and check whose name shows as the property representative. If it isn't you, send them a screening request from your account so they can submit directly to you. If they already paid, ask them to contact us.

If you see "Your account does not have permission to access this page"

The report link doesn't match the account you're logged into. If a property representative shared the link, ask them to share the reports from their dashboard. If an applicant forwarded their completion email, that link only works for their own account, so send them a screening request instead. Otherwise, log out and back in, or sign in from a private window.
