Renters are not able to pay rent early.

Renters are not able to pay rent early, however, you may set your payments to be paid on the scheduled date ahead of time. On the renter's RentSpree Dashboard, you can initiate each payment to be paid on the exact date it is due each month. Once each payment has been initiated, the funds will transfer to the the landlord's bank account within 7 business days.
