Why can't I call in to get a credit report?
Q: Why can't I call you and get a credit report over the phone?
I used to call a number, provide the applicant's information, and receive the credit report. Why can't I do that with RentSpree?
A: Everything is completed through our website, streamlining the screening process.
Solution: The way our service works, everything is done on our website. This means no more calling, faxing, or going back-and-forth with anyone. Once the screening request is initiated, it is up to the applicant to provide the necessary information to generate the TransUnion screening reports. Once they submit, you will receive an email notification that you can view the reports. This allows you to focus on other things while the applicant submits their information to generate the reports for you!
