Why am I being asked to submit payment twice?

Q: My agent said that they did not receive my application after I have submitted it, so they sent me a new request to apply. Why am I being asked to submit a payment for the second time?

 

A: The agent has not made the necessary changes in their new request for an application only.

Solution: Your agent may have requested all the same information again, (i.e. application, credit report & score, criminal background check, eviction related proceedings). Your agent will need to send you a new request for a Rental Application only, which there are no fees to complete just a Rental Application.
