Is a property address required for screening?

Yes. Every screening request needs a property address. There’s no way to screen an applicant without one.

If you’re the renter’s agent

Ask the listing agent whether they have an application link to share with your applicant. Or, with the listing agent’s agreement, add the listing to your own account, run the screening, and share the reports with them afterward.
