FAQ: Is a property address required to screen potential tenants?
Yes, a property address is required to screen applicants
A property listing address will be required when initiating a screening from your RentSpree dashboard. If you are the renter's agent, please contact the listing agent to see if they have their own ApplyLink you may share with your applicant.
Alternatively, the listing agent may ask the renter's agent to initiate the screening and send them a copy afterward. In these cases, the renter's agent can add the listing to their own RentSpree account and initiate the screening.
