FAQ: Does the Property Representative have the option to pay the screening fee?
Yes! When you select what reports you want to be included, you will also be asked to select who pays. Your options are Applicant or Me.
If you would rather collect payment from the applicant yourself, or want to waive the screening fee for them, you would select Me in this section.
Once the report has been submitted, RentSpree will ask you to pay the fee when you open the report for the first time with a credit, debit, or pre-paid card.
