How do I turn off tenant screening for a listing?
If you're no longer accepting applicants for a listing, turn off tenant screening so people with your application link can't apply.
How to turn it off
- From the Properties tab, select the property.
- On the Property Overview page, select Accepting Applications to toggle screening off.
- Choose a reason and select Pause.
The toggle now shows Off, and tenant screening is unavailable for that listing until you turn it back on.
