A Guide to Managing RentSpree Money Debit Cards
After creating a RentSpree Money account and receiving/depositing funds, RentSpree provides Virtual and Physical debit cards that can be used for external transactions.

How to Access the RentSpree Money Debit Card(s)
1. On your RentSpree Dashboard, click on the Banking button under the Finance tab

2. Click on the Cards button

3. Once on the Cards page, you'll see an overview of all the Virtual and Physical Cards under your RentSpree Money account

4. You may then click on each card individually to see transaction details

How to Add a New Debit Card to a RentSpree Money Account
1. On your RentSpree Dashboard, click on the Banking button under the Finance tab

2. Click on the Cards button

3. Once on the Cards page, click + New Card

4. A pop-up will appear that will ask to create a Virtual or Physical debit card

- Virtual Cards are created immediately
 - Physical cards are delivered within 7-10 business days
 
5. After, you'll then enter card details for the card holder

- If a physical card is requested, a mailing address to send the card is required
 
6. Once the card details are entered, enter the card settings such as Purchase Limit, ATM Limit, and other information - Once completed, the new debit card can be ordered

7. A notification will appear, notifying that the new card request has been processed

- For physical cards, once the card has been received and delivered, please activate the card from your RentSpree dashboard

 
How to Freeze and Unfreeze Debit Cards
1. On your RentSpree Dashboard, click on the Banking button under the Finance tab

2. Click on the Cards button

3. Once on the Cards page, select the ellipsis icon on the card you wish to freeze - Click Freeze

4. A pop-up will appear that confirms freezing the card - Click Proceed

- To Unfreeze the card, click the ellipsis button and select Unfreeze

 
How to Manage PIN numbers for Debit Cards
1. On your RentSpree Dashboard, click on the Banking button under the Finance tab

2. Click on the Cards button

3. Once on the Cards page, select the ellipsis icon on the card you wish to change your PIN Number - Click Manage PIN

4. In a new pop-up, enter a new 4 digit PIN - Click Proceed

5. Your new PIN number will be set
How to Report Your Debit Card as Lost or Stolen
1. On your RentSpree Dashboard, click on the Banking button under the Finance tab

2. Click on the Cards button

3. Once on the Cards page, select the ellipsis icon on the card you wish to report lost or stolen - Click Report Lost or Stolen

4. In a new pop-up, select if My card was lost or My card was stolen

5. After, you'll confirm your choice and your debit card will be closed
- Please note that this cannot be reversed

 
How to Close Your RentSpree Debit Card
1. On your RentSpree Dashboard, click on the Banking button under the Finance tab

2. Click on the Cards button

3. Once on the Cards page, select the ellipsis icon on the card you wish to close - Click Close Card

4. A pop-up will appear to confirm the debit card you wish to close
- Please note that this cannot be reversed
 

How to Request a New Physical Card Replacement
1. On your RentSpree Dashboard, click on the Banking button under the Finance tab

2. Click on the Cards button

3. Once on the Cards page, select the ellipsis icon on the physical card you wish to replace - Click Replace Card

4. A pop-up will appear to confirm the delivery address
- Please note that replacement cards may take about 5-7 business days to deliver
