A Guide to Archiving a Property
No one likes clutter. This is why we allow users the ability to archive properties on their dashboards. Once a property has been leased, you can archive it to clean up your dashboard.
By archiving a property, applicants will no longer be able to apply to it until it has been reactivated.

How did applicants submit reports to me when I have no properties available?
Properties must be archived in order to void any previous links generated for the property. Check to see if the property was archived properly or if you have a duplicate address, possibly with a different Apartment or Unit number.
You may want to check if you have another RentSpree account under a different email that also has the property of the RentSpree dashboard. If so, log in to the other RentSpree account with the other email and archive the listing.
