Q: Can I cancel a request I sent to an applicant so they no longer receive it or can apply?
I need to cancel a request I sent to a prospective tenant. Is there any way I can do this?
A: You would need to deactivate your property on the dashboard.
Solution: While there is no way to cancel individual invitations, you can deactivate your property on the dashboard. This will prevent any further submissions for that property address. To start collecting applications and/or reports for that property again, you can re-activate it on your dashboard.
