Why am I being asked to submit payment twice?
Q: Why am I being asked to submit a payment for the second time?
I submitted all of my reports to the agent but they claim that no application was included. They sent me another request with the application but I'm being asked to submit a payment again. Why is that?
A: The agent is requesting ALL of the reports from you in addition to the rental application.
Solution: In order to fix this, the agent needs to resend a request to you but make sure that they only select the rental application on their end. Since they already have your reports, there is no need for them to collect them again. Since the rental application is free, when they request only the application you will not be asked to submit payment information.
